If you are interested in entering psychotherapy or counselling with me, I can offer you an initial assessment session. In this meeting I invite you to share the concerns, issues and hopes that have brought you to therapy, and essential information about your childhood and family history. We then explore the focus and objectives of the therapy .
I provide appointments Monday-Thursday from 8 am. The last session of the day starts at 6.30.pm.
Should you require a different service, I will try to provide information about other types of help which are available elsewhere.
