If you are interested in entering psychotherapy or counselling with me, I can offer you an Assessment session.

In this session I will invite you to share the concerns, issues and hopes that have brought you to therapy, and essential information about your childhood and family history.

We will then explore the focus and objectives of the therapy.

Should you require a different service, I will try to provide information about other types of help which are available elsewhere.
